Mindfulness coaching for founders, academics, researchers, leaders and other knowledge workers who want to maintain high performance without paying for it with chronic overthinking, perfectionism and work stress.
Build ambitious things sustainably
If you found your way here, you probably love your work, don’t want to lower your standards or care less about your work. You simply want your work to stop costing so much and feel fulfilling again.
Are you paying a high price for your achievements?
- You’re working all the time but don’t feel like you’re making meaningful progress.
- You start working, then immediately question yourself and end up discussing it endlessly with AI instead of moving forward.
- You keep refining, editing or researching because nothing ever feels quite good enough.
- Deadlines and expectations make it difficult to focus on what actually matters.
- Difficult conversations, conflict or other people’s expectations keep replaying in your mind long after they’re over.
- You achieve your goals, but with constant tension, irritation or exhaustion.
- You feel guilty resting because there is always more you could do.
- You stop working, but your mind doesn’t.
The key isn't more effort
There is some hidden effort that can be reduced without impacting performance, for example doubt, overthinking, and reworking. Instead of adding more strategies or productivity techniques, we look directly at situations where unnecessary mental effort appears while you are working. Once those patterns become visible, it becomes much easier to stop following them automatically.
What changes in practice
1. Less time lost perfecting what is already excellent
- fewer loops of rewriting, refining, or rechecking before finishing tasks
- more direct completion of work without repeated interruption by doubt or re-evaluation
- less time spent circling the same decisions or outputs
2. Less interference from external pressure while working
- reduced impact of other people’s expectations on focus during execution
- less disruption from unresolved conversations or interpersonal tension
- greater ability to stay grounded during difficult conversations
3. Work no longer spills into the rest of your life
- work stops continuing in the background after you finish working
- less mental replay of conversations, feedback, or expectations outside working hours
- clearer separation between work time and recovery time

From self-doubt to confidence
Before working with Christine, I struggled with self-confidence and often felt like I wasn’t good enough. Christine helped me recognize how much of this came from automatic thought patterns rather than the present moment. Through our sessions, I experienced the kind of support I had been missing and began to feel better about myself. The process was intense, insightful, and truly empowering — and Christine’s presence made me feel supported and well accompanied. Highly recommended!

Finding balance between work and life, free from guilt
Christine helped me balance my work commitments with my social life, addressing the guilt I felt around taking breaks. We reached a resolution between two conflicting voices, and now I feel more relaxed with my schedule, able to enjoy both work and life. Christine is an expert in working with remote workers and entrepreneurs, and I highly recommend a session with her to bring clarity and balance.

Shifting relationships
Christine is top-notch! Working with her helped me uncover a long-standing mental pattern that was influencing how I approached relationships. At 35, I carried a lot of dissatisfaction in that area, but through our sessions, something truly shifted. I now recognize new nuances in how I relate to others — and that awareness has made a real difference in my everyday life. Highly recommended!

This is the entry point into the work.
In this 90-minute mindfulness coaching session, we work with a current situation from your work or daily life where overthinking, perfectionism, work stress, or mental overload are getting in the way. Rather than adding more productivity strategies, we identify the unnecessary mental effort that has become part of the way you work and begin reducing it.
From here, most people continue with a series of sessions to stabilize, apply and deepen this work in real situations over time.
This is how the work usually continues after the first session

We work with the situations where overthinking, perfectionism, excessive self-doubt, or work-related stress repeatedly interrupt your work. Over time, this makes it easier to stay focused, make decisions, and recover after demanding workdays.
This creates more stability in how attention and thinking operate, making it easier to shift between focus and recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions
This work is designed for professionals whose work depends on concentration, judgment, and complex thinking. Many of my clients are founders, freelancers, academics, researchers, PhD students, leaders, consultants, and other knowledge workers looking to reduce overthinking, perfectionism, and work stress without lowering their standards.
Most people who come to this work already have demanding schedules and significant responsibilities. The practices are designed to fit into everyday situations such as walking, commuting, or routine activities rather than requiring large amounts of additional time.
Many people begin noticing changes simply by applying this work in real situations. A short daily practice can accelerate and deepen the process. We usually start with around 10 minutes per day and adjust from there based on your situation and goals.
Many people notice a shift in how they experience a current situation during or shortly after the first session, often in the form of more clarity and less internal noise.
More stable change develops through repeated application in real situations, where these patterns are interrupted and retrained over time.
The speed of change depends mainly on how consistently this work is applied between sessions.
No prior experience is required. The relevant foundation is developed within the work itself.
Previous experience with mindfulness or attention training can be integrated, but is not necessary for this work to be effective.
Many people have tried meditation apps, group classes, or short exercises at the end of yoga sessions and found that it did not lead to meaningful change. Often the experience felt restless, distracting, or difficult to sustain.
This work is not focused on producing short periods of calm and concentration during practice.
It focuses on how attention and thinking operate in real situations of work and daily life, especially under pressure, and how these patterns can be interrupted in the moment they arise.
You will not be able to predict the outcome in advance, because the process depends on the patterns that show up in your daily life.
What most people can assess early is whether they begin to recognize these patterns more clearly in real time. This is usually the first concrete shift.
From there, the work is about applying this recognition consistently so it becomes stable and usable in everyday situations.
Mental performance training can support more effective handling of stress, attention, and internal pressure in demanding work and life situations.
This work is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and does not address clinical conditions.
If you are currently receiving medical or psychological care, this work can be integrated where appropriate as a complementary approach focused on attention, thinking patterns, and emotional regulation.
Please note:
I attend meditation retreats several times a year. If you book a 6-month package with me and it overlaps with a retreat, I will extend your package by the duration of the retreat.
