Get to know me and my work

Hi, I'm Christine, and I love happy, thriving clients.

LET'S MEET ...

There is a mental space, where the experience of time slows down. Where the sense of rush and hurry dissipates. This is not about stopping externally. It’s about stopping internally.

Can you be with what is happening right now? Can you hear the sound of the keybord? Feel your fingers moving? Really notice the brightness of the screen?

Can you let the thoughts about the next meeting pass, the sense of urgency wash through your body and still stand with both feet on the ground?

Can you finish your current task with precision and your uttermost presence, without getting swept away by the idea of what’s next?

Let’s meet in that space where even the most repetitive task becomes enjoyable, just because we give it our full attention.

Let’s meet in that space where the internal noise dissipates. Where wisdom, insight and direction naturally arise.

Let’s meet in that space where everything seems a little bit lighter and brighter.

Let’s meet right here and right now.

MY STORY IN A NUTSHELL

During my PhD on remote work, I researched how people set boundaries between work and life. Ironically, I had none. I’d wake up at 4 AM with an urge to write, cancel plans, and just push through. On the outside, I was thriving—top scholarships, finishing ahead of schedule. On the inside, I was exhausted and empty.

Fast forward to today, while I still love working on a flexible schedule, I experience my work and life very differently. What has changed? My mind. The constant sense of pressure is gone. Stress still shows up at times, but it feels more like an old friend passing by to say “hi.” I like to  smile at it. With mental clarity comes more ease, better decisions, and space for creativity.

Studies show that stress and overload kill focus, creativity, and innovation. But when we shift our relationship with work, productivity follows naturally. This isn’t about working harder—it’s about working better. When the mind is clear, work flows.

While this may sound like a list of personal achievements—it’s not. It’s simply a technique, practiced with consistency and support. It’s predictable, replicable, and effective. Now, let me help you set yourself up for this deep transformation. Ready?
