You can learn how to structure and plan your project, upgrade your mindset and improve your self-awareness.

All you’re missing are a few tools to reduce stress and self-doubt, resolve what is blocking you and learn some strategies to work with more focus and flow. MODULE 1
ENERGY & MOTIVATION – RELEASE STRESS
In this module you will learn what causes stress, why it drains your energy and motivation, and how you can reduce stress.
This module will help you if:

- You feel overwhelmed by the demands of your projects, to-do-lists and work obligations.
- You procrastinate on the important tasks or you keep pulling all-nighters.

FOCUS & FLOW – STOP PROCRASTINATION
This module will help you if:

- You feel like a slave of your projects and their never ending demands and deadlines.
- If you do manage to take a break, guilt creeps up on you, making it hard to relax.
- You want to get your life back and enjoy your life now, not in a few years.

- How to create a healty work-life-balance in the midst of a demanding project.
- How taking good care of yourself can boost your productivity.
- How to eliminate feelings of guilt and really enjoy your free time.
- How to make yourself and your well-being your priority now.
MODULE 6
STAYING ON TRACK – KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING
This module will help you if:
- You can get really excited about your project, but loose steam quickly.
- Drawbacks cause you to beat yourself up or doubt if you are on the right path.
- You find it hard to keep yourself motivated when things don't work out as planned.
- You keep questioning and changing your dreams and goals.
In this module you will learn:
- How to keep the energy up even when things are taff.
- How to turn stumbling blocks into lessons and gain new motivation.
- How to deal with drawbacks in a resilient and powerful way.
- How to stay connected to your vision and keep working towards your goals.
STRESSMANAGEMENT ONLINE-COURSE
HOW IS THE COURSE DELIVERED?
COURSE FORMAT
- Six-months container: Two live sessions per month via zoom + video + written support.
- Recordings of the workshops are being provided and sent to you via E-Mail (without Q&A).
- Please contact me for the next starting date.
COURSE STRUCTURE
- Monthly video à 90 minutes or more on the topic of the module.
- Monthly workshop à 60 minutes for live group coaching and Q&A.
- Monthly workshop à 30 minutes for practical mindfulness exercises.
- Ongoing written support to ask your questions and implement the tools.
COURSE TIMES
- Receive your monthly video on the first of every month.
- Monthly group coaching and Q&A on the second Saturday of the month at 3pm Berlin-time.
- Monthly mindfulness workshop on the third Sunday of the month at 3pm Berlin-time.
- Implement the tools and stay accountable through written support.
PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee for the stress management course is 250 Euros per month. It can be paid in full at the start of the course (10 percent discount) or at the beginning of each month.
I believe that stress management tools should be available to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. If you currently cannot afford the full participation fee, please send me a message and we will find a solution.
