Breathe again and focus on what really matters

— feeling capable and confident.

HOW TO GO FROM ENDLESS TASKS TO IMPACT?

Have you always delivered excellent work, yet now you feel stuck? Do you really care about what you do, but when you review your work, you worry it’s not good enough? Maybe you even end up staying late to fix it, feeling guilty for everything else you’re neglecting.

Do you secretly wonder how others can be so much faster, so much better, always having more energy and free time? Yet the work keeps coming, and deadlines know no mercy. I get it. I even studied work-life balance as part of my Ph.D. It was a mystery to me how everyone else seemed so fast, while I felt stuck at the laptop — delivering, but resenting the price.

Here’s what I came to see: for many of us, what got us here — our willpower, discipline, and drive — is a great quality. But maybe it’s time to uplevel: from sheer force to a smarter, more confident way of working. As a mental trainer I help you to breathe again in the midst of the turmoil, set your priorities, and move toward your goals one step at a time.

COULD THIS BE YOUR NEW WAY OF WORKING?

Take a breath at the end of the day — and really let go

Feel your energy return, instead of crashing on the sofa

Wake up rested and ready for what really matters

Feel capable and confident in your work

Know exactly what comes next and act with confidence

Light up with inspiration, creativity and joy again

Move toward your goals without forcing it or overthinking

Feel at ease in your own skin and proud of what you’ve achieved

HOW TO CREATE MORE BREATHING SPACE
WITHOUT LOWERING YOUR STANDARDS?

I used to believe that my self-criticism was what kept my standards high, that my self-doubt kept me humble, and that meeting every expectation protected my relationships. Science tells us otherwise. The truth is, all that mental commentary — the constant checking, questioning, and worrying — doesn’t improve the work. It just drains massive amounts of energy.

Creating more breathing space doesn’t mean doing less or lowering your standards. It means releasing that mental overhead, so you can fully focus on your work.  That is why busy professionals like you — scientists, leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives — have found mental performance training highly effective. All practices are grounded in contempory  mindfulness research and evidence based approaches to attention and emotion regulation.

This is not therapy, we won’t be digging into the past. We simply work deeply with your present experience to develop the mental strength to recognize and release the grip of those mental habits in real time — with kindness. When you practice between sessions, you won’t need extra time. You can do it anytime, while commuting, doing chores or walking

Consitent practice will strenghten your ability to detect those mental detours in real time and lead yourself differently

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

Building healthier work habits

I’m very grateful that Christine crossed my path just when I needed it the most. After a very stressful period, I decided to take a step back – which was harder than I imagined. Christine’s support made all the difference. She held space for my work habits and perfectionism with kindness, empathy, and understanding. She adapted each session to what I needed most, offering practical tools like mindfulness and personalized meditation. I now feel more confident, calm, and ready to return to work with a clearer mindset. Highly recommended!

ISABELLE

From self-doubt to confidence

Before working with Christine, I struggled with self-confidence and often felt like I wasn’t good enough. Christine helped me recognize how much of this came from automatic thought patterns rather than the present moment. Through our sessions, I experienced the kind of support I had been missing and began to feel better about myself. The process was intense, insightful, and truly empowering — and Christine’s presence made me feel supported and well accompanied. Highly recommended!

SEBASTIAN

Finding balance between work and life, free from guilt

Christine helped me balance my work commitments with my social life, addressing the guilt I felt around taking breaks. We reached a resolution between two conflicting voices, and now I feel more relaxed with my schedule, able to enjoy both work and life. Christine is an expert in working with remote workers and entrepreneurs, and I highly recommend a session with her to bring clarity and balance.

KATE

Shifting relationships

Christine is top-notch! Working with her helped me uncover a long-standing mental pattern that was influencing how I approached relationships. At 35, I carried a lot of dissatisfaction in that area, but through our sessions, something truly shifted. I now recognize new nuances in how I relate to others — and that awareness has made a real difference in my everyday life. Highly recommended!

IGOR

Navigating business challenges with clarity and inner alignment

As a solopreneur, I turned to Christine for support in better organizing my business. Instead of simply adding more strategies, she helped me clarify my thought processes and provided practical tools. More importantly, she helped me recognize deeper patterns that were influencing my business decisions. Our work, guided by Christine’s deep understanding of what drives me, gave me the clarity and actionable insights to move forward — both in my business and personal life. I’m truly grateful for her support.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I get it—your calendar is full, and you’re exhausted. That’s exactly why you’re here. When I was in your shoes, the idea of “not just another thing to do” kept me from starting for years. I feel you—and I’ll make this as easy and practical as possible.

You don’t need extra time. Mental performance training can be woven into small everyday moments—walking to a meeting, drinking coffee, commuting. These simple practices help you notice stress triggers and reactions in real time. The techniques are practical, focused, and don’t require extra minutes—just attention. For many clients, this is already enough to start shifting how they respond to pressure.

If you want faster or deeper transformation, a short daily practice helps. Starting with just 10 minutes a day, we can gradually build to 30 minutes. This small investment pays off in clarity, calm, energy, and much more.

Most people notice a subtle sense of calm and clarity during or right after the first session. From there, benefits grow gradually as you bring mindfulness into your daily life.

Progress depends on where you start, how consistently you practice, and how much you make it a priority. With steady practice, mental performance training can start supporting you in real, lasting ways—well beyond our time together.

No, just come as you are. We’ll set a foundation together. If you have tried other forms of attention training before, that’s great—we’ll build on that and deepen your practice.

Many people have tried meditation via apps or at the end of a yoga class and decided it wasn’t for them—they felt restless, distracted, or simply couldn’t relax. If that’s you, don’t worry. I’ve helped many clients just like you navigate this terrain and actually start enjoying it, while seeing real, tangible benefits.

Here’s the key: the goal isn’t just to feel calm for a few minutes. That’s nice, but it’s not enough to change what’s draining your energy. In our time together, we focus on a much bigger outcome: shifting the autopilot of your day, changing the habitural mental patterns that drain your energy, and building a sustainable way of living and working that actually supports you.

And of course, we’ll also explore ways to make mindfulness feel more naturally relaxing for you. 🙂

I understand your doubt. It can feel daunting to try something new when your energy is limited. Here’s a simple image: mental training works like updating an algorythm. When you practice new patterns (e.g. focused attention, relaxation and fresh responses to pressure), your mind starts to function differently. The key is regular practice and curiousity. Change often unfolds naturally when we create the right conditions, rather than forcing it.

Results vary individually and depend on your engagement and context. Mental performance training can support, but not replace, medical or therapeutic care.

Mental performance training can be highly effective in managing stress, increasing self-awareness, and learning to respond more skillfully to challenging situations. These tools may support you in building resilience and preventing burnout.

However, mental performance training is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. If you are currently experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.

If your therapist or healthcare provider considers you stable enough, mental performance training can be a valuable complement to therapy—deepening awareness and supporting your recovery and wellbeing.
